At Drich Couture, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. While we take great pride in the quality of our garments, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when returning or requesting a refund for an item purchased from https://drichcouture.com.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on ready-to-wear items under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
Note: Custom-made, bridal, or altered garments are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Custom-designed or made-to-measure pieces
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Worn, stained, or damaged items (not caused by delivery or manufacturer fault)
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@drichcouture.com with:
- Your full name and order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
- If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the shipping address
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your item for a refund (if eligible), and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@drichcouture.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, once verified
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider or bank (processing delays may occur)
